New Endeavours in Catholic radio & TV
Last season, I hosted a Catholic TV show, "Katholiek Nederland", on Dutch national television. Starting this week, will be co-hosting a show on Dutch radio as well.
Interesting to see that despite the secularism in Dutch society, it is now possible for a priest to be hosting programs like this. Unthinkable just a couple of years ago!

Stretching Before Running Doesn't Help
I heard this before, but apparently new research backs it up: static stretching before running doesn't prevent injury. However, a warm-up is still essential and dynamic stretching can be helpful.
I never stretch before a run, but I sometimes do some dynamic stretching during the run. Full article on lifehacker.com
Posting with Posterous
Thanks to Captain Jeff from http://www.catholicpilot.com, I have just discovered Posterous, a great service that makes posting to my blog, Twitter, Facebook and other social media services really easy.
I'm impressed by the simplicity of the set-up, yet it can do pretty powerful things, like CSS/HTML theming, custom domains, podcasting etc.
This can finally be the solution I was looking for to update my main blog, http://fatherroderick.com, more frequently. It's a free service, and I even think that there is an iPhone app of Posterous. Pretty neat!
